Position Overview Full‑time in‑patient clinical position located in Rutland, MA. Monday‑Friday daytime with on‑call rotation. Pay starts at $61,200 per year and can rise to $67,484 per year depending on experience and education. Sign‑on bonus: $3,000. Program Description Devereux Massachusetts serves students with complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder. The Hillcrest program serves males aged 12 to 21 with ASD, IDD, and co‑occurring psychiatric disorders. With a staff‑to‑student ratio of 1:3, the program offers individualized care, designing house‑specific routines, chores, and activities that support individuals’ growth and development. Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, applied behavior analysis, social work, or related field required. Relevant behavioral experience required. Must be able to attend a 2‑week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, in Rutland, MA.
