The Memory Care Professional (MCP) will provide non-medical companionship care for clients living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. To provide meaningful, individualized care for clients, the MCP focuses on creating activities that engage their abilities in six key areas: social, emotional, physical, nutritional, intellectual and spiritual. Using this approach to person-centered, activity-based care, the MCP can assure almost every day will be a good one because it is filled with joy, dignity and meaning. Must be able to drive own vehicle to and from outings and appointments.
