IP Attorney $160000 - $190000 per year | Dallas, TX | On-Site | Permanent Federal court IP litigator, accelerated timelines, hands on strategy A bit about us: A Texas based litigation team with a significant intellectual property disputes practice is hiring an IP Litigation Associate (4 to 7 years). You will work on matters where lawyers need to translate technical facts into clean, persuasive stories for judges and juries, not just collect documents. The docket includes disputes involving core IP and brand protection issues, including trademark, trade dress, copyright, false advertising, domain name disputes, unfair competition, and related business tort claims. Job Details JD and active Texas bar license (required) 4 to 7 years of meaningful IP litigation experience Strong federal court experience, including briefing, hearings, and discovery management Excellent writing, you can draft a motion that reads like someone cared Comfort explaining technical or industry-dense facts in plain English Bonus points (nice to have, not required): Prior experience with patent litigation, trade secret disputes, or brand enforcement themes Any exposure to PTAB, TTAB, ITC, or parallel administrative proceedings Technical undergraduate degree or meaningful comfort working with technical experts Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
