We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer / L2 Tech Lead to join our team in Menlo Park, CA. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on expertise across backend and frontend technologies.

The candidate should have strong experience designing, developing, and supporting scalable enterprise applications and should be comfortable working as an onsite technical lead. Relevant domain expertise is mandatory , with preference for candidates who have worked in accounting, supply chain, HR/procurement, payables/purchasing, sales & marketing, revenue, or credit & collections domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, integration, and support of full-stack enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to software engineering teams.
• Develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend services and APIs.
• Build modern, responsive frontend applications using Angular or React.
• Participate in architecture, technical design, code reviews, and implementation.
• Troubleshoot complex production and application issues.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical direction on development best practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver solutions within established timelines.

Required Technical Skills Backend Technologies

Strong hands-on experience with one or more of the following:

• Java
• Python
• Golang
• C#
• .NET
• JavaScript
• C++

Frontend Technologies

• Strong hands-on experience with React and/or Angular
• Experience with modern Angular versions and/or React
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience
• Experience developing modern, responsive web applications

Full-Stack Development

• Proven experience developing both frontend and backend applications.
• Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with enterprise application architecture and integration.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering best practices.

Required Domain Expertise

Candidates must have prior experience in at least one of the following business domains:

• General Accounting
• Asset Accounting
• Supply Chain
• People Technology / HR
• Procurement
• Payables and Purchasing
• Sales & Marketing
• Revenue
• Credit & Collections

Candidates with strong experience in General Accounting or Asset Accounting are highly preferred.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• Prior experience as a Tech Lead / L2 Lead / Senior Software Engineer .
• Strong full-stack development background.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale applications.
• Ability to provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Menlo Park, CA .

• Experience working with large-scale enterprise platforms.
• Experience with cloud-based application development.
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
