Pacific Staffing is partnering with our Roseville CA, based client to identify a reliable and detail-oriented Service Coordinator for a full-time, in-office temporary assignment through November 2026. This role is ideal for an administrative professional who thrives in a structured environment, excels at multitasking, and provides strong clerical, claims, mailroom, and customer support within a fast-paced team setting.

The Service Coordinator will handle claims intake, document processing, mail distribution, payment support, and reception duties while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and exceptional customer service.

• Job Type: Temporary Assignment for four months
• 100% Onsite
• Pay: $24-$25/hour (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Business Support Manager and team.
• Process new loss intake and claims setup via fax, email, and mail.
• Coordinate outsourced printing and manage daily claims diaries, including correspondence and objection letters.
• Support digital document workflows by monitoring and resolving document exceptions.
• Provide Tier 1 payment support to vendors and claimants, including payment status inquiries and setup assistance.
• Coordinate internal check printing and manage incoming/outgoing mail and package delivery.
• Facilitate overnight deliveries and ensure timely distribution of mail.
• Assist with reception coverage and general office support.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation and workflows.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of administrative, coordination, or IT support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform routine physical office tasks as needed.
