Compensation Consultant

In this role, you will partner with senior management and HR leaders to design and implement compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You will lead large-scale client engagements, provide subject matter expertise on compensation programs, and contribute to business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and interpret compensation analyses for complex client projects. Develop compensation strategies, philosophies, and incentive programs. Advise senior leaders on pay strategy, job architecture, and compensation technology solutions. Manage day-to-day client relationships and deliver high-quality consulting services. Mentor and guide junior team members while ensuring quality project Deliverables. Identify opportunities to extend client engagements and support business growth. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in compensation consulting or related HR advisory roles. Proven experience managing large-scale projects and complex client engagements. Strong expertise in compensation strategy, incentive plan design, market analysis, and regulatory compliance. Excellent client relationship management, communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with global organizations on complex compensation challenges. Familiarity with compensation management tools, survey management tools, and AI-enabled compensation agents.
