What You'll Do Provide direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility. Take and record vital signs and promptly report changes in resident condition. Assist with meal service, feeding, hydration, and nutritional support as needed. Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families. Accurately document care provided in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional resident care. Qualifications Required Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Preferred Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, long-term care, or post-acute care setting. Current CPR/BLS certification. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR). Bilingual abilities are a plus. Why Join Our Team?
