As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Meadow Falls of Bath, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality throughout our facility. In this full-time position, you will supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure that our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff : Lead and direct the housekeeping team to guarantee exceptional cleanliness and organization within the facility, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules : Create and implement efficient cleaning schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks, while also ensuring adequate resources are allocated.
• Inspect and maintain equipment and supplies : Regularly inspect and maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies to ensure they are in good working condition, and effectively utilize resources to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with other departments : Work closely with other departments, including hospitality, maintenance, and management, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest services.
• Maintain accurate records and reports : Accurately record and report on housekeeping tasks, including inventory management, cleaning schedules, and staff performance.
