Key Responsibilities of the RN - OR/Surgery

• Serve as the Weekend Charge Nurse, overseeing operations
• Assist with surgeries, including robotic, cardiac, vascular, and neuro
• Provide direct patient care and manage patient load effectively
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain sterile environment

Requirements of the RN - OR/Surgery

• Valid RN license
• Certification in surgical nursing
• Experience in cardiac and neuro/spine surgery
