Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial institution, is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to join their corporate real estate team. The Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for identifying ownership entities for lease locations prior to 2018, ensuring the company is the owner of record, and taking necessary legal steps to correct any discrepancies. The role involves significant document review and cleanup, requiring a thorough understanding of title documents and deeds. The position will be based in Raleigh, NC.
