Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer Duration: 6 months Contract to hire Location: Charlotte NC - Hybrid Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our IT team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Azure-based solutions to enhance internal operations and user experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and configure solutions in Dynamics 365 CE and Azure Customize and implement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform components (Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages) Integrate third-party services and APIs Write clean, efficient code using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SDK tools Conduct unit testing, debugging, and code reviews Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, ALM processes, and DevOps workflows Ensure security, governance, and compliance best practices are followed Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies Qualifications 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) and related modules Strong experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and RESTful API integration Familiarity with Dataverse, Azure AD B2C, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices Experience developing custom connectors and extending Dynamics functionality Strong understanding of solution architecture, security, and lifecycle management Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus Experience with Power Virtual Agents or bot development is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr VDart Inc
