Manhattan law firm with a large corporate practice group is seeking an experienced transactional attorney with both public and private M&A experience for a senior-level associate or Counsel positio n.
About the
Role
The right individual has 2+ years of top corporate M&A or Capital Markets experience, including large public company experience, knowledge of basic securities law, ability to oversee due diligence work of younger attorneys, and the ability to draft complex corporate docu ments.

Pay range and
compensation package
This is a well-paying position with one of the top corporate practices in Manhattan. Salary in the $175K to $350K range, 3/2 hybrid work schedule.
