HR SPECIALIST
Location: Johns Creek, GA | Fully Onsite Schedule: Monday–Friday Salary: $45,000–$55,000+ | Negotiable Based on Experience Experience: 3–5 Years of HR Experience Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree Required Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) Match + PTO Position Overview Our client, a global organization, is seeking an HR Specialist to support daily human resources operations at its Johns Creek location. This hands-on role covers employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, HRIS management, and compliance , working closely with employees and leadership. What You’ll Do Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations. Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee inquiries. Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Maintain accurate employee records, payroll information, and HRIS data. Support recruiting, attendance tracking, and leave administration. Assist with HR compliance and related documentation. Partner with managers and employees to address HR-related needs. What You’ll Bring Bachelor's degree required; HR, Business, or related field preferred. 3–5 years of general HR experience preferred. Experience with benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, and HR compliance. Strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills. Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems; ADP or SAP preferred. Experience developing HR policies, employee handbooks, or benefits programs is a strong plus. Manufacturing or industrial industry experience is a plus. Compensation & Benefits $45,000–$55,000+ annual salary, negotiable based on experience.
