Quality Inspector

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for performing all first-piece inspections as required, ensuring compliance with ISO and quality system standards. You will conduct incoming and in-process inspections, assist production and less experienced inspectors with in-process inspections, track defect data, and participate in corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Perform all 1st piece inspections as required.
• Support and adhere to ISO and quality system requirements.
• Conduct incoming and in-process inspections as directed.
• Assist production and less experienced inspectors with in-process inspections.
• Track defect data and participate in corrective actions.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment.
• Knowledge of GD&T and ISO 9001 standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• At least 3 years of quality inspection experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• AA Degree or equivalent training is preferred.
• Preferred certifications: ASQ Certification, ISO 9001 Certification, Project Management, Lean/Six Sigma.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Roseville, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
