Cleanroom Manufacturing TechnicianThe Cleanroom Manufacturing Technician supports Medivant's sterile injectable manufacturing operations by performing production, filling, and assembly activities in a controlled cleanroom environment. This role ensures all work is conducted safely, accurately, and in compliance with FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, and USP standards.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Full training will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform aseptic manufacturing and filling operations in accordance with cGMP and cleanroom guidelinesPrepare equipment and materials for sterile production following approved SOPsMaintain cleanroom cleanliness and strictly adhere to gowning and hygiene proceduresOperate and monitor production equipment such as fillers, autoclaves, and lyophilizers (training provided)Assist with component preparation, labeling, packaging, and in-process inspectionsAccurately complete batch records, production documentation, and logbooksFollow all safety, quality, and compliance standards to maintain product integrityCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support efficient workflowParticipate in ongoing training related to cGMP, aseptic technique, and cleanroom operationsQualificationsRequired:High school diploma or equivalent (GED)Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityWillingness to follow procedures and work in a cleanroom environmentDependable, punctual, and team-orientedAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks safelyPreferred:Previous experience in manufacturing, compounding, or cleanroom productionFamiliarity with cGMP or FDA-regulated environmentsTechnical or vocational training in manufacturing, science, or healthcare fieldsWork EnvironmentOnsite role at Medivant Healthcare's Chandler and Deer Valley facilitiesControlled cleanroom environment requiring full aseptic gowning and PPEPhysical requirements include standing, manual dexterity, and lifting up to 25 lbsFull-time position, Monday–Friday, with potential overtime or occasional weekend shiftsPlease note that we are not providing H1B visa sponsorship for this role.
