Banner Desert Emergency Department Behavioral Health Specialist in Mesa, Arizona is a full-time night-shift role with float coverage across Pediatric and adult ED units. The schedule runs 6pm–6am for three shifts per week, including weekends and holidays on a rotating basis. Self-scheduling allows flexible weekend coverage with a flat $1/hour weekend differential.
