Crisis Specialist - East Valley (30 & 40 hours, evening & overnight shifts)

Terros Health is pleased to share an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Crisis Specialist (30 or 40 hour shifts) – Behavioral Health Technician (BHT). Terros Health’s Crisis Mobile Team provides behavioral health, prevention, education, crisis intervention, and crisis stabilization services to children, adolescents, adults, seniors, families, schools, and communities. Shift Schedule

• 40 hrs) Wed – Sat 2 p.m. – 12 a.m.
• 40 hrs) Wed – Sat 4 p.m. – 2 a.m.
• 30 hrs) Sun – Tues 4 p.m. – 2 a.m.
• 30 hrs) Thurs – Sat 10 p.m. – 8 a.m.

Shift differentials: $3 per hour extra for evenings and $4 per hour extra for weekends. Bilingual language differential available. Qualifications Highly Preferred: Arizona license LCSW, LPC, LISAC, LMSW, LAC, LASAC, or LMFT in good standing. Professional, friendly, self‑starter, organized, compassionate. Responsibilities Assess risk, effectively engage with clients, develop plans and follow‑up as needed. Work effectively and respectfully with clients, families, schools, first responders, and others involved. Focus of care on seriously mentally ill individuals, children and adolescents, and family interventions. Assess and stabilize individuals across different ages, developmental stages, lifespans, and cultural backgrounds. Makes appropriate referrals to other agencies and/or long‑term counseling when appropriate. Demonstrates flexibility and adapts well to change.
