MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii .

The projected compensation range for this position is $109,000.00-$181,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii .
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leads the execution of Project Plans and coordinates technical efforts across multifunctional departments.
- Authorize task-level adjustments and validate project milestones to maintain organizational alignment.
- Manage the allocation of project resources and lead Technical Teams in achieving complex mission objectives.
- Manages the delivery of specialized mission execution services across the Pacific theater.
- Translate mission requirements into actionable Project Plans and coordinate the transition of personnel and equipment to support theater-level goals.
- Maintain a steady flow of communication with Mission Partners regarding project performance and ensure adherence to theater-specific operational standards.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- 10+ years of position-relevant experience.
- Experience in formal project oversight and leading Technical Teams.
- PMP or CAPM certification.
- DAWIA Level II in Program Management (or equivalent).
- Experience with USSOCOM logistics and mission execution frameworks.
- Must hold an active Secret clearance
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
