Location: Raynham, MA
Base Salary: $115,000-$125,000
Position Overview
A rapidly expanding multi-concept hospitality group is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to serve as a trusted right-hand leader to ownership. This is a high-impact role for an experienced operator who thrives in dynamic, growth-oriented environments and has a proven track record across multiple hospitality concepts.
The organization currently generates approximately $20 million in annual revenue across its portfolio and is actively expanding, with a market renovation project slated to begin in fall 2026 and a potential function facility acquisition in progress. The successful candidate will oversee four locations and a food truck from the outset, with additional growth anticipated in the near term.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $115,000 to $125,000
- Performance Bonus: Eligible

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards
- Monitor and manage financial performance, with a focus on maintaining a combined prime cost of approximately 57.5%
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing management teams across all locations
- Align processes, systems, and operational standards to support rapid and sustainable growth
- Provide oversight and support for an upcoming market renovation and potential function facility launch
- Partner directly with ownership on strategic planning, concept development, and long-term growth initiatives
- Integrate catering, functions, and event operations into the broader operational model
- Prepare for the rollout of third-party delivery and takeout programs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a full-service restaurant, multi-unit operations role, ideally spanning both casual/pub and elevated dining concepts.
- Background spanning both casual/pub dining and elevated dining concepts
- Hands-on experience with functions, catering, and event operations
- Strong financial acumen, including payroll management, food cost control, and P&L oversight
- Demonstrated ability to scale operations across diverse concepts
- A high degree of integrity, trustworthiness, and the ability to operate as a senior leadership partner to ownership
- Exceptional communication and team leadership skills
