About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate Executive Director of Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving occupancy goals, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, and enhancing overall customer service. This role involves providing onsite sales support, participating in family meetings, and supporting the training and development of new employees. The Associate Executive Director of Operations will also be responsible for supervising the community, generating leads, closing sales, and acting as a liaison between residents, management, and families. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a degree in healthcare administration, hospitality management, or business, and 3-5 years of management or healthcare-related experience.
