Inside Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-time Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Department: Sales Reports to: Inside Sales Manager/Sales Manager Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented inside sales representative to provide exceptional service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. The role involves addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently and communicating product and policy information. Essential Job Functions Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers regarding products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and diplomatically. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. Continuously improve knowledge of company products, services, and policies to better assist customers. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Strong problem‑solving skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required. Fencing experience. Computer skills. Able to work weekends (Saturday). Physical Requirements Office environment.
