Responsibilities Complete PLACE New Agent Launch and commit to the full onboarding process. Accompany buyers to showings, including Zillow Preferred clients; provide detailed written feedback to help refine their search criteria. Support lead agents with coordination and client communication throughout the transaction. Assist with open houses consistently each month. Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients using proven scripts and techniques. Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week using PLACE lead generation systems. Track all tasks and activities in PLACE Technology — every time, without exception. Participate in weekly 1:1 coaching, script practice, and ongoing training. Valid driver’s license and ability to spend significant time on the road. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to assess clients’ needs and match them to the right homes. Willingness to learn and consistently apply scripts and dialogues. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Growth‑minded and genuinely coachable. Team player who supports the people around them. Compensation $45,000 - $65,000 USD yearly. This is a commission based position.
