Digital & Ecommerce Operations Manager

About the Role YOM is an exciting beauty startup building something groundbreaking — a brand that's creative, impactful, and doing things differently. As we grow, we need someone to own the operational backbone that keeps our ecommerce running smoothly day to day. We're looking for a Digital & Ecommerce Operations person to manage the back end of our website, oversee stock and inventory, and be the key point of contact between our warehouse, fulfilment partner, and customer service team. You'll make sure orders flow smoothly from click to doorstep, and that everyone — internally and externally — has the information they need to keep things running without a hitch. This is a great fit for someone who's detail-oriented, organised, and energised by solving operational problems in a fast-moving startup environment. What You'll Do Manage the back end of the website (product listings, inventory sync, pricing, promotions, site content updates) Oversee stock levels and inventory management, flagging low stock and forecasting needs ahead of key launches or campaigns Liaise directly with the warehouse and fulfilment partner both in the US & UK to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, resolving issues as they arise Monitor order flow end-to-end — from purchase through fulfilment and delivery — and troubleshoot any breakdowns in the process Build and maintain regular reporting on sales, stock, and fulfilment performance for the wider team Support customer service with the information they need to resolve order, stock, and delivery queries quickly and accurately Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and systems as the business scales Work cross-functionally with marketing and creative teams to ensure stock and site readiness align with campaign timing Help manage relationships with third-party platforms, tools, and partners involved in the ecommerce stack What You'll Bring Experience in ecommerce operations, digital operations, or a similar role — ideally within a startup, DTC brand, or retail environment Hands-on experience managing a website back end (Shopify experience highly regarded) Experience working with warehouses and third-party logistics/fulfilment partners Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple moving parts without dropping the ball Comfort working with data — building reports, tracking KPIs, and spotting trends or issues early Clear, proactive communication skills — you'll be the link between several teams and partners A problem-solving mindset and calm approach when things don't go to plan Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup where processes are still being built Nice to Have Familiarity with inventory management or order management systems Basic understanding of customer service platforms Experience supporting or setting up operational processes from scratch #J-18808-Ljbffr YOM Beauty LTD
