HR Generalist – Professional Services Location: Downtown Greenville Pay: $30-$34/hr Professional services firm in downtown Greenville seeking experienced HR Generalist . This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a solution-driven HR professional who is comfortable managing competing priorities and supporting employee relations, benefits, payroll, compliance, HRIS, and employee engagement initiatives. What you get to do: Lead the administrative side of the annual performance management process using UKG Support employee relations, coaching, counseling, performance management, and policy interpretation Lead payroll processing, reporting, 401(k), and benefits feeds Manage benefits administration, open enrollment, leave programs, COBRA, workers’ compensation, and unemployment claims Lead HRIS responsibilities and reporting for UKG and other HR technology platforms What you need to succeed: Bachelor’s degree required 1+ year of experience in an HR Generalist or equivalent HR role 3+ years of experience with employee relations and/or performance management UKG experience required Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations Experience in a professional services environment preferred PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred Why choose ExecuSource?
