Technical Support Engineering Manager

Leading a regional team of Partner/Support Engineers, the full-time Manager II, Technical Support Engineer will own partner and advertiser relationships, drive key programs, and guide complex technical escalations in a remote/hybrid environment based in New York City or Chicago. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner/Support Engineers, ensuring accountability for outcomes and providing hands-on support when needed Manage performance and foster a psychologically safe, inclusive environment while promoting team development through coaching and exposure Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize needs and drive continuous improvement Required qualifications 2+ years of people/team management experience in client-focused technical teams, with approximately 5+ years in a Support/Solution/Partner Engineering role Experience in Ad Tech, MarTech, or eCommerce Strong technical skills in scripting for data manipulation and API integrations, along with proficiency in SQL and data analysis Ability to manage ambiguity and make timely, high-quality decisions while maintaining stakeholder relationships Proficiency in leveraging AI to enhance work quality and champion AI experimentation within the team
