Strategic Finance Director - Real Estate & Investments
LIV Development LLC
LIV Development is seeking a Director of Finance to lead day-to-day financial operations, partner with the CFO, and guide budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning from the Birmingham, AL headquarters. This in-office role directs the Accounting and Finance team and supports cross-functional project performance across LIV’s portfolio.
