Senior AccountantOur client, an industry leader in health care services, has an immediate need for a Senior Accountant.National Health Services Company is seeking a Senior Accountant for immediate need in Scottsdale, AZ. This role offers growth potential and a salary base up to $75k plus an excellent benefits package.Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of month-end close processReconcile/analyze accounts monthlyPrepare monthly financial statementsPrepare cash flow forecastsProvide FP&A team with accurate, timely and relevant information for management reporting and analysisFocus on cost control, compliance and working with budget owners to ensure visibility and accountabilityPrimary contact for banking, tax and third-party information requests and reportingSupport Controller with external audit requestsSupport companies' informational and process improvement needs with a focus on accuracy, timeliness and relevanceImprove and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, GAAP and other regulatory requirementsSupport ERP (Acumatica), including the maintenance of the chart of accounts, improvement and maintenance of processes/workflowsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field5-7 years' prior experience in full cycle accounting, including ownership of the general ledgerCPA is strongly desiredExperience in high-growth, multi-unit, companiesAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Advanced Excel (pivot tables & v-lookups)Working knowledge of GAAP including interpretations and applicationExperience with business taxes, including Sales/Use and Business/Occupation.Familiarity with multiple tax structures (LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp) with multi-state reporting preferredFamiliarity with travel management software (Concur preferred) and HRIS or payroll systems (Paylocity preferred)Strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsComfortable presenting information to all levels of the organizationThis is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing corporation with high visibility to the Executive Team.
