Job Description

As an Audit Senior , you’ll take a hands-on role in client engagements, leading audits, reviews, and compilations while building lasting client relationships and mentoring associates.
\n \nKey responsibilities include:
\n \n- \n
- Leading and managing audit, review, and compilation engagements – from planning through completion \n
- Applying knowledge of GAAP and financial statement presentation \n
- Researching and analyzing financial data and audit-related issues \n
- Building trusted client relationships and providing actionable recommendations \n
- Supervising, training, and mentoring team members on audit processes \n
- Developing an understanding of each client’s business operations \n
- Supporting additional accounting services as needed \n
What We’re Looking For
\n \n- \n
- 2–4 years of audit experience \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or eligibility a plus) \n
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills \n
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude \n
- Commitment to delivering superior client service \n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines \n
- Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area \n
