Audit Senior
A growing small/mid-size CPA firm is seeking an Audit Senior to lead fieldwork, review staff work, and deliver high-quality assurance engagements.
Highlights
- Plan and execute audits, reviews, and compilations; supervise associates on-site and remotely
- Draft financial statements, footnotes, and management letters; communicate findings to clients
- Apply GAAS / GAAP knowledge; identify risks and recommend process improvements
- 2–5 years public accounting audit experience; CPA preferred or in progress
- Hybrid flexibility with healthy work-life balance outside peak fieldwork windows
- Interviewing now — hire ASAP
Compensation & benefits
- Base salary: $80,000–$105,000 DOE
- Performance bonus / year-end bonus potential

- Hybrid plus client fieldwork; busy-season peaks with intentional recovery and PTO afterward
