Senior Manufacturing EngineerThe Senior Manufacturing Engineer plays a key role in bringing new HVAC technology to market while improving existing manufacturing processes. This position focuses on driving continuous improvement through lean principles to achieve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity goals. The role partners cross-functionally to develop efficient manufacturing methods, support new product introductions, and improve plant operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and improvement of manufacturing processes for HVAC productsDesign and implement process gauging, material handling systems, work cells, and plant layoutsLead or support complex manufacturing and process improvement projectsTroubleshoot manufacturing equipment and processes to improve performance and reliabilityAnalyze statistical process control data and implement process changes as neededManage equipment, supplier, and service contracts, including contractor coordination onsitePrepare cost estimates, quotations, and capital justifications for process improvements and new product introductionsSupport asset care, reliability, and continuous improvement initiativesDevelop and maintain PFMEAs, method sheets, manufacturing execution systems, and equipment programming filesInvestigate and resolve ergonomic, safety, quality, and manufacturing process concernsPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company standards and customer expectationsMentor and train team members while supporting a culture of safety and continuous improvementQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceExperience with mechanical and electrical manufacturing processes, including assembly and testingStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skillsKnowledge of lean manufacturing, process improvement, and manufacturing best practicesAbility to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across teamsAnnual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $69,600.00 - $124,950.00Compensation Type: SalaryIncentive Eligible: NoSales Commission Eligible: NoThrive at work and at home:Benefits kick in on DAY ONE for you and your family, including health insurance and holistic wellness programs that include generous incentives – WE DARE TO CARE!Family building benefits include fertility coverage and adoption/surrogacy assistance.401K match up to 6%, plus an additional 2% core contribution = up to 8% company contribution.Paid time off includes 15 vacation days, 9 paid holidays, 3 floating holidays, sick leave, and additional options to support volunteer and parental leave.Educational and training opportunities through company programs along with tuition assistance and student debt support.Disclaimer: Benefit offerings may vary depending on Collective Bargaining Agreements and local/state regulations.Safety Sensitive Role: YesThe company designates certain roles as Safety Sensitive.
