Registered Dental AssistantAt Children's Dental Center we're dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality dental care to children in a fun and welcoming environment. We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team and help us continue to make bright smiles a reality.Duties/Responsibilities:Assist the pediatric dentist during examinations and treatment procedures.Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).Perform coronal polishing and apply fluoride treatments.Place dental sealants as directed.Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene practice.Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting.Ensure a clean and organized clinical environmentPerform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.Requirements:Valid South Dakota Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred but not required.Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine love for working with children.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as defined.Comprehensive Benefits Package:Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k)Paid holidaysPaid time offJoin our team and be part of a practice dedicated to excellence in pediatric care.
