Take advantage of this opportunity to fine-tune and adapt your trust-building skills with different kids. The kids might just love you because you're a new face and you can just be yourself! And if there's a good personal connection, you may become someone's favorite and be requested over and over again. We'll help you manage your schedule if it becomes too much. Or we'll let you work as much as you want. If you pay attention to our client families' needs, be on time, follow parent instructions, and be helpful and friendly, you then could have first pick of permanent part-time positions as they come up. Your good work may also gain you new personal or professional resources - helpful if you plan on building your network or career!
