True Blue Roofing is looking for motivated, customer-focused sales professionals to join our growing team as an In-Home Sales Closer. You'll use a consultative sales approach to educate customers, answer their questions, and help them make confident decisions—all while delivering an outstanding in-home experience.If you're a strong closer who thrives in a face-to-face sales environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Meet with pre-qualified homeowners during scheduled in-home appointments.

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each customer's roofing needs and goals.

Present roofing products and services in a clear, professional, and consultative manner.

Build trust and establish strong relationships with homeowners.

Answer customer questions and address objections confidently and professionally.

Prepare and present proposals and guide customers through the purchasing process.

Successfully close sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.

Collaborate with team members to continually improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in in-home sales and/or a closing role is required.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to conduct consultative sales conversations and recommend tailored solutions.

Professional and respectful demeanor when working in customers' homes.

Excellent active listening and objection-handling skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to continuously learn and improve.

Experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement sales is a plus.

Compensation
This is a commission-only sales position with exceptional earning potential. Successful Sales Closers commonly earn: $85,000 – $325,000+ annually. Your income is directly tied to your performance, giving you unlimited earning potential.
