Unique Indoor Comfort Philadelphia - HVAC Installer

Compensation: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour plus bonus opportunities. Sign‑on bonus up to $5,000. Responsibilities Install generators and related equipment, including gas lines in residential and light commercial settings, without supervision. Assemble and install heating and air‑conditioning units for homes. Design and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping. Maintain accurate logs of all work performed. Ensure superior service quality during all customer interactions. Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience. Proficiency with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and airflow. EPA Universal Certification preferred. Valid driver’s license and clean MVR. High work standards, integrity, and a growth mindset. Ability to work well under pressure and collaborate effectively. Physical Requirements Physically able to lift 50 pounds, stand, kneel, crawl, and climb ladders for prolonged periods. Must be able to work outside in varying temperatures and communicate verbally.
