Location: King of Prussia / Philadelphia, PA

Pay: $20–$45/hour (based on experience) + Weekly Pay

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform residential service calls and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently
• Explain repair recommendations and options to customers
• Follow HVAC best practices, manufacturer guidelines, and local building codes
• Deliver a professional customer experience on every call
• Represent Ace Hardware Home Services with integrity and professionalism

What You Need

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and repair procedures
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Residential HVAC service experience
• Strong field-service background
• Knowledge of local building codes and industry best practices
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers
• Proven ability to manage service calls independently

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Start time: 7:30 AM
• Finish time varies based on workload and service demand
