The new restaurant is built on bold flavors, chef-driven creativity, and warm, professional service. Whether it's a quick lunch or a night out to remember, this team delivers a guest experience that's both polished and fun - and we're looking for a manager who brings that same balance of excellence and energy.

The Role
We're looking for a Restaurant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to lead with both precision and personality. You'll play a key role in launching and shaping the guest experience - from the floor to the flow of service - ensuring our team delivers excellence in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Support all aspects of daily operations in a high-volume, full-service environment
Lead by example on the floor, setting the tone for upbeat, professional service
Hire, train, and mentor front-of-house team members
Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver seamless, hospitality-focused service
Monitor service standards, guest satisfaction, and team performance
Maintain high attention to detail in cleanliness, safety, and execution
Help manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and cost controls
Contribute ideas, energy, and leadership as we grow and evolve

Who You Are

2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume, polished casual or upscale dining setting
Detail-oriented with a passion for hospitality and operational excellence
Energetic, positive, and professional - someone who leads with presence and poise
Excellent communicator with strong team leadership skills
Enthusiastic about food, people, and creating a place where guests and staff want to be
Flexible, solution-oriented, and eager to grow with a dynamic team
