UPSCALE RESTAURANT MANAGER

$60,000–$66,000 Base Salary (DOE)

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join an upscale, full-service restaurant in Charlotte, NC . WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 3+ years of Restaurant management experience in upscale, polished-casual, or high-volume full-service dining
• Strong front-of-house operational knowledge
• Experience leading busy shifts and supervising service teams
• A genuine understanding of hospitality—not simply customer service
• The ability to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, cash handling, and closing procedures
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
• Confidence interacting with guests, employees, and fellow managers
• A polished, professional leadership presence
• The flexibility required for a restaurant management schedule
