In this entry-level position, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that every aspect of the restaurant runs efficiently. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually, along with opportunities for growth within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure quality service
• Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively
• Assist in menu planning and development in collaboration with chefs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or management is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
