Location : North Richland Hills, TX (Onsite) | Type : Full Time
We are seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead our service department and help deliver an exceptional customer and employee experience. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving performance, profitability, and team development within a fast-paced dealership environment.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the service department
- Drive customer satisfaction and ensure a high-quality repair experience
- Coach, develop, and support Service Advisors and Technicians
- Oversee workflow, productivity, and shop efficiency
- Monitor KPIs including CSI, labor sales, effective labor rate, and profitability
- Partner with Parts and Sales leadership to ensure smooth operations
- Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Service Manager, Fixed Ops Manager, or Assistant Service Manager in a dealership setting
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proven ability to drive CSI and department profitability
- Solid understanding of dealership service operations and workflows
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- CDK / Reynolds / Tekion or similar DMS experience preferred
