Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

Key duties:

• Execute safe transportation of flatbed freight, secure loads, and manage tarping.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, document logs and BOLs.
• Coordinate with dispatch for routing, drop-and-hook, and deadhead management.

Compensation pays 80% of gross (weekly gross averaging $7,500 to $10,000) with a lease-to-own path to ownership in one year. Equipment includes 2019-2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner models. Pet/rider-friendly, 24/7 support, structured inspections, and a 90-day test drive are available.
