Senior Civil Project Manager

The Civil Senior Project Manager will be the main point of contact in the day-to-day interaction with the Clients designated representative and has the ultimate responsibility for both the quality and effective execution of engineering projects including grading, drainage systems, water distribution and supply systems, wastewater collection systems, and roadways. The Civil Senior Project Manager will also play a key role in the hands-on design of engineering projects and mentorship of junior level staff. Work with the Firms management on various aspects of assigned projects. ~ Preparation of weekly project status reports for assigned projects. ~ Attending meetings with the Client for project review and coordination. ~ Research and preparation of feasibility documents. ~ Ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines and all other project consultants. ~ Management, preparation, and coordination of all technical designs of multiple projects. ~ Attend construction meetings and conduct field observations. Bachelor's or Masters degree in Civil Engineering , Environmental Engineering, or related field required . ~ 10 + years of experience since graduation. Previous full-time experience related to land/site development design in Florida is preferred. ~ Highly proficient with Autodesk AutoCAD and Civil3D design software . ~ Highly proficient with engineering design software such as StormWise WaterCAD . ~ Highly proficient with MS Office suite . ~ Strong Familiarity with local, state, and federal design criteria. ~ Must be flexible to changes and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
