The group analyzes and publishes research on fund finance (subscription facilities, NAV loans, CFOs, and rated feeders), leveraged closed end funds (CEFs), money market funds (MMFs), bonds funds, exchange traded funds (ETFs), local government investment pools (LGIPs), and asset managers.What We Offer:The individual who fills this position will help oversee the group’s coverage across all of its segments in NA, EMEA and APACA flexible work environment with the ability to work remotely for up to two days per weekOpportunity to develop analytical and leadership capabilities in a growing sectorChallenging and rewarding work within a collaborative environment We’ll Count on You To:Set strategic direction for the team and drive execution of key initiatives, including development of new rating methodologies, models, operational infrastructure, and researchLead, mentor, and develop team members, and support the group’s continued growthBuild and maintain senior relationships with investors, bankers, and fund managers; represent Fitch at industry events and webinarsEvaluate complex transactions involving funds and structured products, integrating quantitative modelling, qualitative analysis, and legal documentation reviewLead due diligence meetings with fund managers and lendersProduce research on trends and developments across covered sectors Chair rating committees and provide analytical guidanceWhat You Need to Have:Solid experience in credit analysis, with exposure to funds or structured finance a plusProven experience managing teams and delivering multi-stakeholder complex projectsStrong analytical skills and proficiency in ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSound academic track record to at least first university degree level, preferably in finance, economics, statistics, accounting, or computer scienceWhat Would Make You Stand Out:Experience with fund finance, including subscription facilities or NAV loans; or structured finance or lendingDemonstrated track record of initiative and achievementExperience managing teams through significant growth and changeWhy Fitch?At Fitch Group, the combined power of our global perspectives is what differentiates us.
