You’ll shape strategy, mentor teams, and deliver complex heavy civil projects with lasting impact. What you’ll be working on (and more) Oversee multimillion-dollar heavy civil projects from start to finish. Manage risk, schedules, budgets, and project execution. Represent the company with clients, agencies, and partners. What you’ll do day-to-day Guide the total construction effort. Manage submittals, meetings, and change orders. Recognition as a senior leader. What you bring Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related. 15+ years in heavy civil construction. OSHA 10 required. Proven leadership on large projects.
