Associate Director, Launch Excellence & Change Management - BI&O

Associate Director role leading commercial launch readiness and change management within Biogen's Business Insights & Operations organization. Coordinates cross-functional teams to translate therapeutic area priorities into integrated launch plans, manage enablement execution, and drive adoption of new capabilities across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Translate therapeutic area launch priorities into coordinated BI&O plans with clear owners, milestones, and dependencies
  • Coordinate field readiness, training, Decision Sciences requirements, and Marketing Operations timelines across functions
  • Run readiness reviews, track milestone completion, escalate risks and resolve handoff gaps between teams
  • Lead change management plans for launches; identify affected stakeholders, clarify roles, and coordinate communications and training
  • Document launch lessons and develop playbooks and checklists to improve future launch execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA highly preferred
  • 8+ years experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences consulting
  • Hands-on commercial enablement experience for U.S. product launches
  • Working knowledge of field operations, Decision Sciences, Marketing Operations, and Omnichannel
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change and adoption initiatives
  • Strong project management skills with ability to drive decisions through matrix without direct authority
  • Proficiency with data and analytics at practical level for KPI and impact analysis

Compensation: $159,000–$219,000 base
