Lead Recruiter Assistant

This position is for people who wish to be full‑time recruiters. You will learn the basics of recruiting, assist our high‑level recruiters (HCs), and follow a path designed to grow you into a Hiring Consultant (HC). The Assistant to our Hiring Consultants, the Recruiting Administrative Assistant , must be an exceptional candidate who is willing to go “above and beyond” for their HCs by managing all administrative and support tasks required to help them locate and hire talent. This person enjoys communicating with potential applicants and assisting them in finding their next career. They perform best in a fast‑paced work setting. A highly organized and detail‑oriented person is needed for this role to support our team in providing clients with a smooth and excellent customer experience. It helps to be able to work independently and seek out information when necessary, as well as to be creative when addressing problems and provide excellent customer service and communication. This position will be in the office, but will transition into a hybrid model once you’ve achieved success in the role.
