Tower Mixing Operator

Manufacturing OperatorIn this role, you will be responsible for batching, measuring, and mixing materials, as well as operating manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. You'll prepare the caulking materials needed to help the team meet daily production goals. The ideal candidate can read and follow batch tickets accurately and work well in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Prepare and mix product components according to batch forms.Verify weights and measurements.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Assist with training team members.Communicate with supervisors and collaborate with departments.Operate forklifts after certification.Lift and move 50 lbs. or more.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions.Strong communication skills.Ability to stand for 8 hours.Reliable transportation and strong attendance.Preferred Skills:Prior operator/manufacturing experience.Ability to tolerate heat while wearing protective equipment.M-D Building Products has been a trusted name in American construction for over 106 years.
