Description:
MUST HAVE HOSPICE EXPERIENCE.
Full-time position with rotating on-call and weekend responsibilities.
As a Hospice Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate care to patients and families.
You will help patients identify their personal goals of care.
You will support caregivers in gaining confidence in caring for their family members.
You will utilize strong clinical skills in symptom management.
This role requires excellence in assessment and critical thinking.
You will have an assigned caseload of patients.
You will lead an interdisciplinary team in caring for your patients.
Care is provided in various settings where patients call home.
The work environment fosters personalized care and compassion.
There is flexibility in arranging your daily schedule.
This position allows for a work/life balance to meet personal needs.
