LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Controller to supervise a small team and oversee all accounting operations, including GL reconciliations and daily cash monitoring and analysis. This role requires at least 5 years of supervisory experience and would be a great fit for an applicant with experience with a manufacturing company. This direct hire role is in Tulsa, OK and the anticipated salary of this role is between $125,000 - $150,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and supervise small accounting team

· Responsible for daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, costing, and payroll

· Post journal entries and perform GL reconciliations

· Manage month-end close procedures

· Conduct effective daily cash monitoring and analysis

· Prepare financial reporting and statements

· Identify and implement process improvements

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting required

· Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience

· ERP systems experience required

· Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

· Exceptional communication skills

· Proficiency with Excel

· Familiarity with Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting

· Experience with a manufacturing company preferred
