About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Evening Shift Charge Nurse to join our team at Cypress Healthcare and Rehabilitation. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while providing leadership and guidance to our nursing staff. This is a Full Time position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities:
• Lead by example , providing exceptional patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments , such as therapy and dietary, to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
• Assess patient needs , develop individualized care plans, and ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives , contributing to the ongoing improvement of our patient care services.
