We are a young well-funded start-up working towards a new category creation in the US restaurant tech industry. We have a strong product market fit for some of the product lines, growing to 1000s of restaurants in under 3 years. This is just a start as we continue to build more product lines and see massive value creation opportunities in an industry hungry for innovation. We are seeking an entrepreneurial product manager to drive adoption, revenue growth, and product strategy for Loop. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will shape the product roadmap, work directly with customers, and collaborate closely with engineering to deliver exceptional value.

What you will do:

• Own product success metrics, including adoption, retention, and revenue growth
• Engage with customers (primarily non-technical users in the US) to identify pain points and opportunities
• Define and execute the product roadmap, balancing innovation with business impact
• Partner with engineering to ship high-quality features efficiently
• Develop data-driven insights to differentiate our product in competitive markets
• Prioritize ruthlessly, focusing on features that drive real customer value and willingness to pay

Who you are?

• 4 - 10 years of experience as a product manager at a high-growth B2B SaaS company with a strong focus on digital marketing tools and analytics for e-commerce sellers
• Experience building digital marketing tools or analytics for e-commerce sellers (e.g., Helium 10, Triple Whale, Braze, LocaliQ, Wavemaker, Jungle Scout, Kalodata, Billo)
• Scaled revenue growth and product expansion from initial traction to significant scale at a growth-stage B2B SaaS company with strong evidence of entrepreneurial streak
• Experience building for non-technical or operational users, e.g., brick-and-mortar, retail, restaurants, field ops)
